How to solve the LED lamp bead color temperature drift problem

      We all know that the LED lamp bead is a light-emitting diode abbreviation for LED, which is a common name. LED lamp beads in the dispensing package before and after the baking is prone to color temperature drift more serious problems, especially the larger lamp beads are more prone to color temperature drift problems, such as 5050, 5730 and other lamp beads.



  First of all, we analyze the reasons for color temperature drift: encapsulation adhesive in the curing process, due to uneven heating, resulting in a part of the adhesive first curing, which is likely to result in the mixing of phosphor within the adhesive sinking and dispersion of non-uniformity, resulting in inconsistent light refraction law and color dispersion phenomenon, which is called color temperature drift.

  Then, the solution to the color temperature drift: method 1 - the use of three baking, the first 60 ℃ / 1h, the second 110 ℃ / 0.5h, the third 150 ℃ / 3.0h, in the first section of the baking due to the low temperature, the glue back to the reaction is very mild, it will be thickened as a whole and cured at the same time, there will be no problem of curing fast or slow, let the Fluorescent powder in the glue distribution is uniform; Method 2 - If it is a two-stage curing, such as 100 ℃ / 1h + 150 ℃ / 3h, you can add anti-sinking powder in the A glue, in the process of curing the glue to play a role in preventing the powder from settling unevenly problem, thus avoiding the phenomenon of color temperature drift.
