Operating voltage of various colors of LED beads?

LED lamp beads according to the luminous intensity and operating current points have ordinary brightness of the LED (luminous intensity 100mcd); the luminous intensity of the luminous intensity of 10 to 100mcd called high-brightness light-emitting diodes. General LED lamp beads operating current in the dozens of mA to dozens of mA, and low-current LED lamp beads operating current in the following 2mA (brightness and ordinary light-emitting diodes the same).

LED lamp beads in addition to the above classification methods, there are also classified according to the chip material classification and classification methods according to function

   LED bead voltage:

Red and yellow are generally 1.8 to 2.2
   Blue-green is generally 3.0 to 3.6
Current small power are try to control in 20MA
LED for instructions are better with less than 10 milliamps, and are usually brighter with 5 milliamps. Except for the blue LED, the forward voltage is 3-3.4 volts, the other colors are 1.8-2 volts.
Ordinary light-emitting diode forward bias voltage drop red for 1.6V, yellow for 1.4V or so, blue and white for at least 2.5V. Working current 5-10mA or so
There are three main colors of super bright light emitting diodes (LEDs), however, the voltage drops of all three LEDs are different, and the specific voltage drop reference values are as follows:
The voltage drop of the red light-emitting diode is The voltage drop of the yellow light-emitting diode is 2.0-2.2V
The voltage drop of the yellow light-emitting diode is 1.8-2.0V
Green light-emitting diode voltage drop of 3.0-3.2V
The rated current for normal light emission is about 20mA.
