Too much current, the LED digital tube will shorten the life, too little current, can not reach the desired light intensity.
There are two types of welding, one is soldering iron welding and the other is wave soldering, for different welding methods, the requirements are different.
1、Soldering iron soldering: soldering iron (max. 30W) tip temperature not exceeding 300°C; soldering time not exceeding 3 seconds; soldering position at least 2 mm from the gel.
2、Wave soldering: dip soldering maximum temperature 260 ℃; dip soldering time not more than 5 seconds; dip soldering position at least 2 mm from the gel. LED digital tube welding curve pin forming method:
1、Must be 2mm from the gel to bend the bracket.
2、Bracket forming must be done with a jig or by a professional.
3、Bracket molding is required to ensure that the pins and spacing match those on the circuit board.
4、Bracket forming must be completed before welding.
